review of this weekend: Battle at the Capital - 2006

the fun stuff:
- Cheer mom fight (maryland twisters) in the stands
- maryland twisters F5 mom after they performed "How'd ya like that?" - then seeing F5 (who is overrated) get beat by charlotte
- room service at 1:00 am
- going to the bookstore and my team making fun of me and sami for reading...it was funny
- being delayed two hours in D.C. and stunting in the airport
- interfaith chapel at the airport
- lance makes me laugh...
- when there werent enough seats on the flight for us...
- "I DEMAND FREE TRAILMIX"
- watching carrie and justin do a dance off in the airport
- its fun when sami and i have fist fights
- looking at the pictures with ann and sami and cracking up bc there are super funny pcitures of me and sami
- DOGPILES!
- and of course hanging out with my more than lovely team
- oh yea and the rhinestone encrusted helicopter fleets that kc cheer is getting
REASONS WHY I LOVE MY TEAM (i took this from kt lewis)
leave it to these 20 girls...
to buy a fish on a 9 hour bus trip.
to dogpile at the end of a nationals with 10000+ people watching
to spend 30 minutes of your practice talking about airplanes
to never match when they tell you what color your practice wear is supposed to be
to do roundoff toe touches when they tell you to do your tumbling full out
to have dance parties on the bus
to spend 4+ hours on a puzzle from a taco bell kids meal
to drop 4 places in dallas, and be able to look back on it and laugh
to only win firth once
to have their practice time be 4 - 6, but dont actually DO anything till about 4:30
to play miss mary mack before they perform
to always say a prayer
to try to take their pet fish on an airplane
to make a love circle.
to perform level 4 with level 2 tumbling, and win by 150 points
to laugh for 15 minutes at music that quacks
to need a drink every 3 minutes
to not do their basktes becasue their toes hurt
to perform absolutley flawlessly at every competition, and win all of them.
I LOVE YOU GUYS! (Small small senior co-ed level 4 excel....1 2 3 QUATTRO!)
